NTT Data and Automation Anywhere partner to offer digital workforce platform

October 21, 2017 by Editor

NTT Data Services has expanded agreement with Automation Anywhere to include its robotic process automation, cognitive and analytics solutions in NTT Data’s end-to-end automation ecosystem, Solutions for Intelligent Automation.

By leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning, NTT Data delivers and maintains automation solutions to allow humans, autonomics, and virtual assistants to automate repetitive tasks and fuel enterprise innovation and business growth.

Dan Thomas, vice president of automation, integration and alliances, NTT Data Services, says: “Our expanded collaboration with Automation Anywhere adds to our robust portfolio of robotic process automation related services and outcome-driven solutions for our clients.

“Through our holistic approach to automation, we are able to improve productivity and accuracy for our clients worldwide, as well as bridge RPA into our application support and infrastructure support solutions.”

Anubhav Saxena, executive vice president, partnerships, strategy and operations at Automation Anywhere, says: “We have been working with NTT Data for over a year in a partner relationship, and we’re pleased to now expand our relationship with them as our reseller partner.

“Together we will continue to offer organizations around the world the ability to automate business processes using the leading enterprise RPA platform, as recognized by third-party analyst firms. NTT Data joins our global ecosystem of more than 40 partner organizations.”

NTT Data employs a seven-step “Smarter” methodology to help customers increase the rate of success for automation initiatives.

The holistic approach – which encompasses Survey, Model, Analyze, Record, Transform, Evaluate and Re-invent – leverages proprietary machine learning and cognitive intelligent systems across the data center, applications, network, devices and business processes.

Each of the seven steps has corresponding timelines, activities and deliverables to create an enhanced experience and defined outcomes from automation.
